Joining TBACU offers a no-cost benefit for employees. This means that interested companies can economically improve benefits being offered to their employees with ease and assured satisfaction.
Eligibility requirements for the
Select Employee Group (SEG) are simple:
In order to be considered, please submit a letter of request addressed to the Marketing Department, asking inclusion into TBACU's field of membership. Letters may be addressed to:

In your letter please include the following:
- A statement that your company will have an exclusive affiliation with Texas Bay Area Credit Union, and not belong to any other credit union;
- A statement that the credit union will be supported as an employee benefit;
- A statement that payroll deduction or direct deposit will be offered as a benefit to employees;
- Some history about your company (for example, how long it has been in business, type of business, and total number of full time/part time employees); and
- Copies of your most recent financial statement(s) and/or credit references.
