If a member has a complaint against Texas Bay Area Credit Union, the first step is to contact the credit union and attempt to resolve the complaint directly. If you are unable to resolve the problem directly, the Texas Credit Union Department may be able to help.

Texas Bay Area Credit Union is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas and under state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Credit Union Department.
