Home Equity Basics

Closing Costs	=	Recording Fees not to exceed $50.00 $300.00 appraisal fee if loan exceeds $200,000.00. Appraisal fee may exceed $300.00 depending on the location of the property.
Closing Date	=	Loan may not close earlier than 12 days after the application and "Texas Home Equity Consumer's Disclosure" is received by the Credit Union.
Funding Date	=	Loan may not be funded until three business days after the loan has been signed.

*Fair Market Value will be determined by a Certified Appraiser (tax appraisals may be used for loans under $200,000).
